Will I get future product updates once I purchase?
You bet! We will send out an email to inform buyers of any product updates. You can also create a Spillin' The Teach customer account at checkout to have easy access to your updated product downloads.
Do you take product requests?
At this time, we don't take product requests. However, we may provide optional surveys on our website periodically to see what kinds of products people would like to see.

PRINTING AND EDITING
Why do the colors look different on paper?
Colors looking different on paper compared to how they look on your screen can be caused by many different factors including: different printer models, ink levels, type of paper used, monitor color settings, and more. Because of this, it can be difficult to get an exact match for every printer/monitor combination. We do our best to ensure that our products are as color-accurate as possible.
What size paper should I use?
Most of our products are designed to be printed on standard 8.5 x 11 inch paper. Products that can/should be printed on other formats should include special print instructions within the product.
Can I laminate your products?
Yes! We encourage you to laminate any product that you would like to be more durable and last longer. Bulletin board products are a great example of products that would be great to laminate. (Pro tip: stick magnets to the backs of bulletin board products to make them white board compatible)

What are my purchase options for your products?
We have provided options to purchase our products right from our website, or from Teachers Pay Teachers. You can find links to purchase on TPT on each product page.
How are your products delivered?
Because all of our products are digital, you will receive them right away! An email will be sent to you after purchase, with a link to download the product. You can also create an account at checkout to have easy access to your order history and download links.
Can I get a refund?
There are a few circumstances where we will issue a refund within 14 days of a purchase. Check out our Returns Policy for more information.

There is an issue with my download, what do I do?
We are sorry to hear that your download hasn't worked properly. You can reach out to us for support here.
My product isn't printing properly, what do I do?
We feel your pain when it comes to printers not behaving properly. There can be a wide variety of things that can cause printer issues. Some things to try are: running a printer alignment, checking ink levels, running a troubleshooter for your printer (usually included in your printer software), restarting your computer, resetting your network and sometimes just unplugging it and plugging it back in. If none of these suggestions help solve your problem, feel free to reach out to us here, we will try our best to help you solve the problem!
