Returns policy
Due to digital resources you purchase at Spillin The Teach being delivered electronically, you are unable to return the product after it is purchased. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds and all sales of our digital resources are final.
However, because we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of products, and best customer experience possible, there are a few circumstances where refunds may be provided. We will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis to determine if a refund will be granted. Please contact us If you experience one or more of the issues listed below:
Corrupted or Missing File - An example of this would be a download that will not open properly, or a product that is partially or completely missing from the download. If we find that this is the case with one of our products, we would be happy to fix the issue and send you an updated version of the product instead of a refund if you prefer. (Mistakes happen, even for us sometimes!)
Misrepresentation - An example of this would be a product that has preview images, thumbnails or part of its description that does not match the actual product. If we find that this is the case with one of our products, we would be happy to fix the issue and send you an updated version of the product instead of a refund if you prefer.
Duplicate Purchase - If you have purchased a product, then shortly afterwards, purchased a bundle containing that same product. Or if you have purchased an item that is already included in a bundle that you own.
If you wish to request a refund and your circumstance isn’t listed above, you can still reach out and contact us. We will review your request and let you know if there is anything we can do.
Please provide us with the name of the product you are requesting a refund for, along with a description of what issue you are having. Screenshots, error messages, and pictures are encouraged to help us reach a solution for you!
Refunds must be requested within 14 days.
